I work in political communication and campaign organising, with a strong digital and technical background. In recent years I have worked in both parliamentary and movement settings: managing a supporter database and newsletter campaigns for a Member of Parliament, and leading the communications department of a grassroots political movement. I am at my best where strategic communication meets technical execution — building campaign infrastructure, running data-driven communications, or solving an unexpected problem fast.
I know the full arc of campaign communications, from strategy to daily delivery. I am at home planning and running newsletter campaigns, managing and segmenting supporter databases, running paid online advertising, and shaping day-to-day social media presence. I know how to tailor a message to its audience and how to build a coherent, professional public presence in collaboration with designers and video makers.
Social movement & civil society work
I have years of experience in how volunteer-based organisations work: leading communications and video teams, recruitment, and editing an international newsletter. I have campaigned both on the ground and online and coordinated volunteers. I know exactly how to build professional communications on limited resources.
Campaign technology & data-driven operations
I am equally confident with the digital machinery behind communications: email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DNS), domain management, Google Workspace administration, website management, and API-based automations. I like building solutions that eliminate manual work, from automatic data syncing to real-time team alerts. I pick up new tools fast: when a task calls for new software, I have it working in short order.
International background
I hold a degree in international relations with a sociology minor and a geopolitics specialisation, and spent a semester studying in Shanghai. With near-native English and upper-intermediate Mandarin, I work confidently in international teams and follow European politics closely.
